OMG good luck getting help from Google these days. If you are an existing AdWords client or if you are trying to claim a Google My Business listing it is such an exercise in frustration trying to get through to a HUMAN. Even when you reach a human half the time you get “transferred” to an automated message that tells you “Due to covid this Google Department is CLOSED…sorry” (not sorry). Even if you have paid ads, even if you are paying them hundreds or thousands of dollars every single month…THEY DON’T CARE! The agents are often rude or hard to understand. Google is so big and rich, that they simply DO NOT CARE. So here are a few direct links to help you on your merry way.
