It accomplishes this while allowing valid users to pass through with ease. reCAPTCHA v3 is a new version that detects abusive traffic on your website without causing user friction. It assigns a score to each request you send to reCAPTCHA and provides more flexibility to combat spam and abuse in your own way. v3 requires very little participation from the end user compared to previous versions of reCAPTCHA.

As security needs increase on the World Wide Web, various upgrades for each version are released. We have recently noticed that v2 is sometimes being rejected and the forms are not being submitted properly. Therefore, we suggest upgrading to the latest reCAPTCHA version, v3.
We have seen cases where reCAPTCHA fails without any warning or bounce back, and we understand the importance of your leads. For First Wave clients who do not have a server-side email account, one will be provided as a failsafe backup. However, it is still recommended you upgrade to v3. We also offer added security and premium AI features with Gravity Forms.
