Google has recently changed what was previously called “Google My Business” (aka GMB) to “Business Profile Manager”. OMG…they make it so complicated.
When we are working on your Google My Business account making weekly updates or doing a more comprehesive Website Setup, for things like Google Anaylitcs, Google Site Kit and Google Search Consol we will need to have approriate access to your Google My Business Account. We also need your Google my Business primary email account so we can add you to these services and share information going forward. Follow the steps below, a member of our team will contact you in regards to email accounts we need added to get the job done right. FYI if you are the PRIMARY OWNER of the account you will remain so, if for whatever reason you are not please notify us and we will help you figure out who is and how the deal with that issue.
****IT IS EASIER TO DO THIS ON YOUR COMPUTER DESKTOP therefore these are desktop browser instructions below.
Open your web browser and go to Google.com
Log into your google account (aka Gmail Account)
In the top right hand corner of your google webpage you will see the waffle menu, click on it (step 1).
You may have to scroll a bit to find the “Business Profile Manager” (step 2)
You may have to scroll down a bit to see your ” YOUR BUSINESS ON GOOGLE” area on the left side of the screen (aka Google My Business/GMB)
